Minergate Review – The Best Way to Mine Any Coin with CPU & GPU

I just found this awesome software  “MinerGate”, basically using your personal computer (and not only) you can mine several cryptocurrencies using CPU & GPU, an easy to use cryptocurrency miner. Great thing about this software is that you can mine multiple currencies, the most useful feature of this app is the “Smart Mining” which means “Automatic mining of the currency that has the highest exchange rate during the last hour.

MinerGate is a mining pool created by a group of cryptocoin enthusiasts.

It is the first pool which provides service for merged mining. This means that while mining on MinerGate you can mine different coins simultaneously without decrease of hashrate for major coin. The fees are between 1% and 1.5%. Find out more on their website

Follow this steps to start mining right now!

1. MinerGate CPU & GPU miner

Maybe the mining / hashing results will not look that impressive because i will be using again my laptop for this tutorial

Specs:

1 First of all go to MinerGate website and create an account then download MinerGate, go to download page and select the version that suits your operating system.

2 Once downloaded and installed, start MinerGate and the login page will be prompted, to login enter email and password that you have used in the previous step.

3 When logged in, as default, MinerGate will open to “Smart Mining” page. Do not click “Start smart mining” yet!

Before to start the mining process, MinerGate has a benchmark feature where you can find how good is your CPU and GPU for mining, is not that important but is nice to see how good is your system.

Start the benchmark!

4 Now that the benchmark is done go to “Miner“, there you will see all the coins that can be mined. You can start mining by clicking the “Play” button on each coin.

Another great feature  is that you can mine multiple coins at the same time :), you can split CPU cores for 2-3 coins, for GPU you can select more instances only if you have more than 1 GPU.

But ill suggest you to use the “Smart Miner“, this is an automatic mining feature that will hash the coin that has the highest exchange rate, more profitable.

This piece of software is a time saver for who want to mine with personal computer, no more struggling to make dozens of configuration. Install, choose what to mine, hash, everyone is happy!

2. MinerGate Mobile mining

I didn’t had in plans to add this two following features because there is no point to mine on mobile or web mining, but since MinerGate have them let’s take a quick overview!

To mine Mobile or Tabled you will need to have an Android system. For this test ill use a Samsung Galaxy S7!
